Chocolate Eclair Dessert for 28, 56, 80 or 110

Instant Vanilla Pudding Mix 5.1 ounce Boxes 2 4 6 8
Milk Cups 5-1/4 10-1/2 15 21
Cool Whip Ounces 12 24 36 48
Graham Crackers Pounds 1-1/2 3 4-1/2 6

Butter 10 X 15 dish for 28, two for 56 and so on. Cover bottom of dish with crackers. Mix pudding mix and milk until smooth, fold in Cool Whip. Spread a thin layer of pudding over crackers. Repeat until all ingredients are used, ending with crackers. Spread top with chocolate icing.
