Simple Pleasures’ head chef, Yevgeny Seleznyov, shares a recipe for beef stroganina.
Per portion:
70g beef tenderloin
10g-15g soy sauce
10g salad leaves
20g cherry tomatoes
10g raspberry dressing (raspberry vinegar, olive oil, garlic and ginger)
Clean the beef tenderloin, tightly roll up into a roll and freeze. Before serving, slice thinly, add soy sauce and decorate with salad leaves, cherry tomatoes and Parmesan.
