Texas Caviar with Avocado

Eat with tortilla chips but your guests will be asking for spoons – enjoy.

2 can black-eyed peas, rinsed & drained
2 tomatoes, diced
1 medium onion, diced
125 ml jalapeno pepper, diced
250 ml bottled Italian dressing
2 avocados, peeled, pitted & diced

In a large bowl; mix all ingredients except avocado. Stir in avocados just before serving.

Serve with tortilla chips.
