Burgers a la Francaise

1 pound lean ground pork
2 tablespoons red wine
1 crushed garlic clove
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
4 to 8 ounces Brie cheese

In medium bowl, mix pork, red wine , garlic, and pepper; pat into four patties.

Grill over medium hot coals about 5 minutes on each side; before removing from grill add a wedge of Brie cheese to each burger. Close grill hood, let cheese melt about 1 minute.

Serve burgers open faced on grilled Italian bread.

Serves 4.
