9 tomatoes, diced
7 avocados, peeled and diced
3 white onions, chopped
2/3 cup oil
1/3 cup lemon juice, fresh squeezed
1/2 cup fresh chopped parsley
4 or 5 serrano or jalapeño chilies, seeded and chopped
3 or 4 garlic cloves, chopped
Combine all ingredients, cover and refrigerate.
