2 bananas
1 onion
2 rashers (strips) bacon
1 green capsicum chile pepper
1/4 cup grated cheese
1 cup whole kernel corn, fresh or frozen
1 cup pineapple pieces
2 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoon oil
Slice bananas, chop onions, bacon and capsicum into 1 inch pieces. Toss together in a bowl with grated cheese, corn, pineapple, lemon juice and oil. Turn into a foil plate. Place on rack over coals or under a grill until browned. Serve with grilled chops or steak.
