1 ripe avocados (depending on size), (1 to 2)
1 can chunked pineapple or ripe fresh pineapple
Fresh cilantro
White onion, thinly sliced
Iceberg lettuce
Lime
Peel and slice avocado into bite-sized pieces. Toss with drained pineapples or fresh pineapples. Add fresh cilantro. Add very thinly sliced white onion to taste (it doesn’t take much.) Toss with fresh iceberg lettuce. Squeeze fresh lime juice over the top.
