6 tuna steaks
1 bottle Italian dressing
2 green bell peppers
1 large onion
small amount of oil in bottom of pan
Soak tuna steaks in Italian dressing overnight, drain. Cut up bell peppers and onions into chunks. Pour over steaks in large skillet. If you’d like, you can add a small amount of butter for taste. Cook on high until hot, then reduce heat to medium-low for about an hour and a half, stirring occasionally.
