1/3 cup olive oil
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
juice and finely grated zest of 1 large lime
1 ripe avocado, peeled pitted and pureed
hot pepper sauce
salt and pepper to taste
Whisk together oil, vinegar, lime zest and juice. Whisk in avocado. Season with hot pepper sauce and salt and pepper.
