Tart ‘n’ Tangy Italian Dressing

1 cup Olive oil
1/2 cup Wine vinegar
1 teaspoon Minced onion
1 teaspoon Seasoned salt
3/4 teaspoon Garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon Chives
1/2 teaspoon Parsley flakes
1/2 teaspoon Sugar
1/4 teaspoon Dry mustard
1/4 teaspoon Oregano
1/8 teaspoon White pepper
dash Cayenne or red pepper

Combine all ingredients in jar; cover and shake vigorously. Chill 1 hour for flavors to blend. Shake well before serving.

Makes 1-1/2 cups.
