Low Fat Marinated Tuna

1 can 7 ozs. water-packed tuna
1/4 cup minced parsley
1/4 cup minced red onion
1/4 cup lemon juice
black pepper to taste

Separate tuna into chunks. Combine remaining ingredients and pour on top; chill.

Makes 4 servings.
