Low Fat Onion and Pineapple Salsa

1 cup texas chopped sweet onion
1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
1 cup chopped pineapple
2 teaspoons chopped fresh cilantro
salt, to taste

In a medium non-reactive bowl, combine onion, peppers, pineapple, cilantro and salt. Cover and refrigerate several hours to let flavors blend.
