Salsa

2 cups diced plum tomatoes
1-1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
1 1/3 cup chopped onion
2 lg jalepenos (chopped and seeded)
1( 14.5 oz can) diced plum tomatoes
6 garlic cloves minced
3/4 cup chopped cilantro (fresh)
1/4 cup parsley (fresh)
2 tbs oregano
2 tbs balsamic vinegar
1 (5.5 oz) vegetable juice
1 teaspoon cumin
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Mix all ingredients together and chill.

Makes 6 cups.
