6 to 8 green tomatoes
1/2 cup diced Ortega chilis
1 medium quartered onion
1 teaspoon salt
5 minced canned jalapeño peppers
Peel tomatoes, quarter and place in blender. Process at “chop” until thoroughly chopped. Add green chilis, onion, salt, and jalapeños. Process at “blend” until all ingredients are mixed. Chill.
