Cucumber and Zucchini Salad

1 cucumber, peeled, seeded & thinly sliced
1 zucchini, thinly sliced
50 ml onion, finely chopped 1/4 cup
50 ml white vinegar 1/4 cup
20 ml fresh dill, chopped 1 1/2 tbsp
15 ml water 1 tbsp
7 ml sugar 1 1/2 tsp
1 ml salt 1/4 tsp
.5 ml pepper 1/8 tsp

In a shallow dish; add cucumber, zucchini and onion. Set aside.

In a small bowl; blend together vinegar, dill, water, sugar, salt and pepper. Pour dressing over cucumber mixture. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.

Serves 4
