12 ounces low fat yoghurt
8 ounces light “petite-suisse” cheese
6 ounces maple syrup
1 tablespoon vanilla
4-5 ounces clean mulberries
4-5 ounces clean blackberries
In an electric mixer, beat yoghurt and cheese. Add maple syrup and vanilla and mix. Put aside. Put berries in a mixer and puree them. Filter to get rid of seeds. Add this to the yoghurt-cheese mix. Freeze till ready to eat. Decorate with a few berries. 90 gr. Kcal per portion.
