Old Country Pork Sausage

5 lbs coarse ground pork butt
5 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon marjoram
2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon thyme
1/2 teaspoon all spice
2 finely chopped onions (white are the best for this)
5 cloves of garlic (pressed)
1 cup cold water

Add all the ingredients, mix very well and stuff into small synthetic, hog or sheep casings. That’s it, fry them, bake them or use them in spaghetti sauce, They’re incredible!!!
