Tuna Coleslaw

125 g green cabbage, shredded
175 ml carrots, grated
75 ml plain yogurt
5 ml cider vinegar
25 ml raisins
1 can tuna, drained
30 ml pumpkin seeds
salt & pepper to taste

In a large bowl; mix cabbage, carrots, yogurt, vinegar and raisins. Lightly stir in tuna and pumpkin seeds. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Can be served separately or in pita bread.
