1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1/2 cup wine (or water)
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1-2 tablespoon Parmesan cheese
Mix all ingredients together, blending well. Makes enough for two 12 inch pizzas or one 16 inch pizza. Top with meats, cheese and other toppings.
