1-1/2 cups sugar
1/4 cup honey
1/2 cup water
4 cups walnuts, halved or quartered
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
grated rind of 1 orange
Cook sugar, honey and water until it forms a soft ball in cold water. Add walnuts, vanilla and orange rind; stir carefully until syrup is creamy and thick. Pour onto waxed paper; separate nuts quickly
