2 cup cooked carrots
2/3 cup sugar
1/2 stick butter
1 cup milk
3 eggs, beaten
2-1/2 tablespoon flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup chopped pecans
TOPPING:
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup Nuts
Cut butter into hot carrots; mash well. Add beaten eggs. Mix flour with sugar, baking powder, salt and cinnamon. Stir in carrot mixture. Gradually add milk. Stir in nuts. Bake at 3250 for 1 hour. During the last 30 minutes, sprinkle on the topping
