2 cups cranberries
2 package frozen strawberries, thawed
5-1/2 cups sugar
1 package powdered pectin
Grind cranberries; combine with strawberries in large saucepan. Add sugar and pectin; mix well. Bring to a full rolling boil; boil hard for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; skill off foam with a metal spoon. Stir and skim for 5 minutes. Pour into sterilized jars; seal with paraffin.
Yield: 8 (10 ounces) jars
