Pecan Stuffing

1 each onion chopped
1/2 cup celery chopped
1/2 cup butter * see note
1/2 cup green pepper chopped
1/2 cup parsley minced
1/2 clove garlic minced
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon paprika
5 cups stale bread diced
1-1/2 cups pecans chopped

Serves: 8

Cook onion and celery in butter until onion is translucent. Add pepper, parsley, garlic, salt and paprika and stir well. Mix lightly with remaining ingredients.

Makes 6 cups.

NOTE:
* Margarine can be used instead of butter.
