Sucre a  la Creme

2 cups brown sugar
2/3 cup of butter
3/4 cup Carnation (evaporated milk)
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups icing sugar

In 8 cup bowl, microwave the brown sugar, butter and milk for 2 minutes at medium (just til butter is melted.) Microwave 8 minutes on high; stirring every 2 minutes. Let cool 15 minutes. Add vanilla and icing sugar. Stir well and pour quickly into 8″ greased pan. Let cool 1-2 hours.
