1 large package (20 ounces) Oreo cookies, crumbled
8 ounces cream cheese
1/2 cup butter
1 (16 – 18 ounces) large Cool Whip
2 ( 3 ounce) small packages instant vanilla pudding
3 cups milk
Put 1/2 or more crumbs on bottom of baking dish. Cream butter and cream cheese. Add Cool Whip, pudding and milk. Spread over crumbs, then put remaining crumbs on top. Refrigerate.
