Easy Creme Brulee

Makes 4 to 6 servings

24 Nilla Wafers, coarsely broken
2 Del Monte Bananas, sliced (about 2 cups)
1 (4-serving size) package Royal Vanilla Pudding and Pie Filling
2 cups milk
1/4 cup packed brown sugar

Place wafer pieces on bottom of 1 1/2-quart shallow heatproof dish. Top with banana slices; set aside.

Cook pudding according to package directions using milk; pour evenly over bananas. Refrigerate 3 to 4 hours or until set.

Evenly sprinkle sugar over pudding*; broil for 3 to 5 minutes or until sugar is melted and slightly browned. Serve immediately.

*Sugar can be placed in a strainer and, using the back of a wooden spoon, pressed through strainer to top pudding evenly.
