Goldie’s is a VERY popular restaurant in Tulsa, Oklahoma known for their coleslaw.
8 cups (one small head) cabbage, shredded or sliced thin
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
3/4 cup mayonnaise
Mix all together and allow to stand several hours or overnight.
