8 oz sour cream
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 jar Bennett’s chili sauce (or similar)
1 can small shrimp (not tiny)
1 green onion thinly sliced
crackers
Mix sour cream and cream cheese until smooth. Put in a glass pie plate or something of similar size. Can be plastic but on metal. Sprinkle shrimp and most of the onions on top of cheese mixture. Top with chili sauce and garnish with remaining onions. Serve with crackers.
