Makes 2 to 4 servings
1 30-count size Idaho Potato
herbs
coarse sea salt
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Bake the potato for roughly 1 hour and 45 minutes. Remove potato from the oven, herb crust it and bury in salt. Return to oven for another 8 to 10 minutes.
Crack open the salt crust and remove the top; set aside.
Blossom the potato and serve with crust top on side for a dramatic presentation.
