Orange Turkey Salad

1 small can mandarin orange segments
1/2 lb. cooked boneless turkey, cubed
1 cup celery, thinly sliced
2 cups seedless grapes, cut in half
1/2 cup water chestnuts, thinly sliced
1/4 cup green onions, sliced
6 tablespoons sour cream
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
– pepper to taste –

Drain mandarin orange segments, reserving 1 tablespoon (15 ml) syrup.

In serving bowl; combine orange segments, turkey, celery, grapes, water chestnuts and green onions.

In a small bowl; mix orange syrup, sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and pepper until well blended. Add to turkey mixture; toss gently until evenly coated.

Serves 4
