4 portabella mushroom caps
250 ml tomato sauce
1 red onion, thinly sliced
125 ml fresh basil, finely chopped
– additonal favourite pizza toppings –
500 ml mozzerella cheese, grated
Clean mushroom caps. Spoon a bit of tomato sauce into each cap. Layer toppings ending with cheese. Grill on BBQ on low until cheese has melted and a little crispy or bake in preheated 350 F (180 C) oven for 15 minutes or until cheese has melted.
