Pizza Crust

7/8 cup lukewarm water
1 package yeast
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2-1/2 cup flour
dash of salt

Dissolve yeast in water. Add salt and oil. Knead in flour. Knead for 4 minutes. Place in greased bowl. Let rise for 30 minutes. Prebake for 15 minutes at 400 F. Top with favorite toppings. Heat until cheese is melted.
