Bourbon Marinated Steak

1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup bourbon
1/3 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce

In jumbo self sealing plastic bag (2 gallon) mix 1 cup water with all ingredients.

Add steaks, turning to coat. Seal bag, press out excess air. Place bag in shallow baking dish and refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight. Turn bag occasionally.

Remove steaks, discard marinade.

Makes 12 servings.
