Rockin’ Raclette Rueben

2 slices Swirl rye bread
1/2 Tbsp Butter, softened
1/4 cup Roth® Montanella® Raclette, shredded
3 Tbsp Giardiniera, hot or mild
1/4 pound Pastrami, thinly sliced
1 Tbsp Thousand Island dressing

Preheat skillet over medium-low heat.

Lightly butter one side of bread slices; place one slice butter-side down into skillet.

Top bread in skillet with Roth® Montanella® Raclette , Giardiniera, sliced pastrami and second bread slice, butter-side out.

Cook approximately 4 minutes on each side until heated through and browned.

Serve with a side of Thousand Island dressing for dipping.
