6 parsnips, cubed
125 ml milk 1/2 cup
50 ml butter 3 tbsp
50 ml fresh parsley, chopped 1/4 cup
salt & pepper to taste
In pot of gently boiling water; cook parsnips for 10 to 12 minutes or until tender, drain well. In food processor, puree parsnips with milk, butter, parsley, salt and pepper until smooth.
