BBQ Patty Melt

4 oz. Ground beef patty
2 slices Bread, rye
1 oz. Hellmann’s® Authentic BBQ Sauce
1.5 oz. Cheese, Swiss
2 oz. Onions, sautéed
1 oz. Hellmann’s® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise

Grill or broil beef patty on both sides until 160 degrees F. or desired temperature.

Spread bread evenly with Hellmann’s® Authentic BBQ sauce. Top one slice of bread with cheese, beef patty and onions. Top with remaining slice of bread.

Spread outside of sandwich evenly with Hellmann’s®/Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise.

Griddle over medium heat, turning once, until cheese melts.

Serve immediately.
