4 cups mayonnaise
1/2 cup yellow mustard, French’s® brand
1/2 cup Creole mustard
1/2 cup sweet pickle relish
1/2 cup hard-cooked eggs, minced
1/2 cup onion, minced
1/4 cup capers, minced
1/2 cup parsley, chopped
1/4 cup sugar
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce (or to taste)
2 Tbsp. Creole seasoning (or to taste)
To make Cajun Rémoulade, in bowl, mix all ingredients to blend thoroughly. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours before using.
Makes about 7 cups.
