50 ml olive oil 1/4 cup
25 ml balsamic vinegar 2 tbsp
15 ml chopped fresh parsley 1 tbsp
5 ml liquid honey 1 tsp
5 ml dried basil 1 tsp
salt & pepper to taste
1 head romaine lettuce, torn into bite size pieces
125 g cooked turkey breast cut into thin strips 4 oz
125 g part skim mozzarella cheese, cut in cubes 4 oz
In small bowl; mix together oil, vinegar, parsley, honey, basil, salt and pepper. Chill.
In large bowl; toss lettuce, turkey and cheese; cover and refrigerate until chilled. Pour dressing over top; toss to mix thoroughly.
