Buffalo Chili

2 pounds ground buffalo
1 small onion, chopped
1 (15-ounce) can tomato sauce
1 (1.25-ounce) package chili seasoning mix

Brown buffalo and onions in a large skillet. Add tomato sauce and chili seasoning. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.

Serve with crackers or taco shells, shredded cheese and sour cream.

Makes 6 servings.
