1 green pepper, chopped
1/2 red pepper, chopped
1/2 cup celery, chopped
2 tablespoons olive or vegetable oil
1 pound fresh cleaned shrimp
1 (32-ounce) jar spaghetti sauce
Hot cooked rice or pasta
In large skillet saute peppers and celery in oil until tender. Add shrimp and saute, stirring, for 3 minutes or until shrimp turn pink. Add spaghetti sauce and heat thoroughly.
Serve over cooked rice or pasta.
Makes 4 servings.
