Baked Shrimp

1/4 cup butter
1 cup commercial Italian dressing
Juice of 2 fresh lemons
Freshly ground pepper to taste
3 pounds large shrimp, peeled and deveined with tails intact

Preheat oven to 325*F (160*C) and melt butter in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish. Remove baking dish and add dressing, lemon juice and pepper; mixing well. Add shrimp to sauce, stirring to coat shrimp well.

Bake, uncovered, for 25 to 30 minutes, stirring several times.

Makes 6 to 8 servings.
