Double Chocolate Chunk Ice Cream Pie

1 cup cold milk
1 cup chocolate ice cream, softened
1 (3 1/2-ounce) package instant chocolate pudding mix
4 ounces semi-sweet baking chocolate, finely chopped
1 (8-inch) graham cracker pie crust

In a medium mixing bowl, blend milk and ice cream to combine. Add pudding mix and chocolate; mix well.

Pour chocolate mixture into pie crust. Freeze for 4 hours or until firm.

Makes 8 servings.
