Citrus Marinade

1/4 cup frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
2 tablespoons cooking oil
2 teaspoon finely shredded lemon peel
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, minced

Combine all ingredients. Marinate chicken in refrigerator for 4 hours.

Makes 1/2 cup, enough for 1 1/2 to 2 pounds of poultry.
