3 cups strawberries – divided use
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup dry red wine
Blend together 2 cups strawberries, yogurt, sugar, and red wine. Process in a blender or food processor until smooth. Chill overnight. Garnish with remaining 1 cup strawberries that have been halved or sliced.
Makes 4 servings.
