6 medium unpeeled zucchini, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
2/3 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons butter
2/3 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup bread crumbs, crushed
Preheat oven to 350 F. Steam zucchini for 10 minutes; set aside. Place sour cream, cheese, butter, seasoned salt, and pepper in saucepan; cook over medium heat until cheese melts and spices and cheese are blended into sour cream, stirring often. Layer half of zucchini, sour cream mixture in a casserole dish. Repeat layers. Bake at 350 F. for 10 to 15 minutes or until bread crumbs are slightly brown.
