2 lb green beans, trimmed
1 teaspoon olive oil
2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon basil, minced
salt & pepper to taste
In a large bowl; toss all ingredients until beans are well coated. Place on non-stick baking sheet in one layer. Roast in preheated 500 F (250 C) for 10 minutes, stirring once.
