30 ml butter or margarine
250 ml cauliflower florets
250 ml broccoli florets
250 ml small fresh mushrooms
175 ml onions, sliced
30 ml lemon juice
salt & pepper to taste
Melt butter in bottom of saucepan. Add all the vegetables. Over low heat, with lid on, steam vegetables.
Add lemon juice (adding more if desired) just before vegetables are tender crisp.
