Veggie Cheese Ball

8 ounce package cream cheese, softened
2 cups old cheddar cheese, shredded
2 tablespoons onion, finely chopped
2 tablespoons carrot, finely chopped
2 tablespoons celery, finely chopped
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped
1 teaspoon horseradish

In a large bowl; beat cream cheese until smooth. Stir in cheddar cheese, onion, carrot, celery, parsley and horseradish. Form into ball; wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate until firm, about 1 hour.

Serves 8
