2 cups of sugar
1 cup of water
1 can of apricots or peaches
juice of 1 lemon
1 bottle of ginger ale
Cook sugar and water together so it makes a syrup. Cool. Mash the fruit and mix with syrup. Add lemon juice and ginger ale. Freeze in a plastic bowl. Once it is frozen solid, run the bottom under hot water and place in the center of a punch bowl. Serve with punch.
Used as a centerpiece for punches.
