Tomato Vinaigrette

15 tomatoes (diced)
1/2 ounce fresh herbs
4 ounces balsamic vinegar
1/2 litre canola oil
3 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon salt
1/2 tablespoon black pepper

Place in a jar with a screw top and shake well
